I'm responsible for the end-customer experience, designing the user journeys and making sure they stay consistent and intuitive, with UX aligned to the brand guidelines and the goals of the program. My scope covers the functional side of key areas of the store, from the customer account, through marketing touchpoints, to the purchase flow, making sure these pieces connect into one coherent experience.
As the concept evolves, I translate it into a clickable prototype so stakeholders and users can see and pressure-test the experience early, before anything is handed to engineering. I build these visualizations with the help of Claude Code, which lets me move from rough concept to interactive prototype quickly and iterate as decisions change. Alongside the prototype, I produce high-level technical documentation that maps the key flows and logic, giving the development team a clear, structured reference to build from.
