Design is simply where these two things meet.

My career has been a journey from hands-on design to shaping the teams and design strategies behind the products. As a manager at Docplanner, I guided a team of designers in solving complex challenges for millions of patients and thousands of doctors - while also remaining a hands-on contributor on key strategic projects.
